# sms.settings.get

> Returns this environment's SMS settings with defaults filled in. Quiet hours are the window in which marketing texts are held rather than sent, judged in the recipient's own timezone (their contact property if set, otherwise the environment's). Transactional messages — anything sent without a consent topic — are never held.
