# sms.template.delete

> Removes an SMS template. Without a `locale` it removes every language variant; with one it removes only that translation and the others keep sending. A reserved name reverts to the built-in text rather than disappearing, since the message it carries still has to be sent. Versions already used by messages are kept; only the template stops being resolvable.
